College Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
5 – 7 years’ experience leading a customer/member relationship, account management or related team with at least 3 of those years managing and developing staff.
Experience with membership databases and running reports.
Intermediate/Experience skills in MS Office, including Access. Operational knowledge of membership databases is desired.
Experience in a volunteer or membership environment with governance requirements is a plus.

Excellent time and project management as well as proven problem solving and communication skills are also required. And, you must be able to travel as required.
